( RAC ) MINUTES - November 26,2019
1. Meeting called to order at 7 pm
2. Members Present: Mary Kendall ,Vicky Vilchez, and Celeste DiVito. Sharon McHenry HOA Liaison
3. Members Absent: Tim Mosher and Bill Bertaccini
4. Minutes from (previous meeting) on Table
5. Update on Issues Discussed with Manager
6. Pool rules to be posted. Keith will email me when they are put up --- they are up
7. Gutters on CH to start this week
8. Need county permit for further treatment of Lake Taho
9. Assessments of streets for paving has started
10. Water on Whistle Stop letter to go out to residents last week
11. Wants input from residents as to where they want outside lights at outdoor pool
12. Putting reflectors outside Dover gate
13. There was a wire broken in solar panels which has been repaired, so they should be working now. Remember they only will heat about 15 degrees, and some nights its been down in the 50s and 60s. not meant to be 80 degrees.
14. Car parked on grass at 515 Choo Choo will send letter
15. Truck on Choo Choo with tail end hanging out will get sent letter. Needs follow up

18. New Issues: there were new residents present and we went over history of the pool issues, solar panels, referred some issues to rent committee. residents wondering what happens to this years budgeted monies if the projects not started. Referred to rent committee.
19. Also wondering if there was any way to have a project board in the office so we could see what the current projects are and how far along they are.
