October 22,2019
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mary F. Kendall.
Members Present: Mary F Kendall, Tim Mosher, Sharon McHenry H.O.A Liaison.
Members Absent: Celeste DiVito, Vickey Vilchez, and Bill Berticcini
Old Issues: Solar panels turned on.
Replace pool rules. New ones have been ordered
New Issues:
Hot tub jets not working properly. Spoke with Keith the next day. He reports parts replaced (not motor) working better.
Speeding continues to be a problem.
Not stopping at stop signs.
From Keith:
Bathroom remodel/construction Clubhouse, Planes have been at Hillsborough County for 3 weeks. Permits to be issued very soon. Construction to begin immediately after issuance. 30-60 day for completion.
Pool Decking to be replaced in November.
Gutters on the Clubhouse – Owner of construction company had major health issues and they have pushed a lot of work back on the calendar. Will let you know when we receive a solid date.
Mulrennan Gate: Meeting with Landscaping firm 1-023-19 to view the first draft of landscaping plan.Work scheduled to be completed by end of the year.
Lake Taho: Treatment scheduled for next week.
Assessment of streets for paving begins next week.
