RAC Meeting - October 23, 2018
Minutes
Alaine Carrera called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Council Members Present: Alaine Carrera, Carol Cavanaugh, Terry Brown (HOA Board Liaison) Council Members Absent: Dee Costoso, Tim Mosher, Bill Bertaccini
The meeting Started at 7:00pm.
Status reports were given for the following:
Repair Pool Deck: Management is using the company that remodeled the indoor pool. The repair will begin in about 2 weeks.
Handicap access to the gate: Management said there is no alternative for this. A resident suggested using an electronic card system.
Lamp Post: Management is going to review ways to be more effective. Management notifies residents that their lights are out with door hanger notices. Some residents don’t want to pay for light fixtures and globes when needed.
Mulrennan situation: Management is waiting to see what the engineer recommends.
Overgrown hedges: Overgrown hedges at the street corners have been taken care of.
Driveway repairs: The driveways with the worst conditions are selected from the list. Management selects 6 driveways per year. (Subsequent to this meeting, the driveway repairs were made.)
Kathy Beck was thanked and congratulated on the Health Fest that took place earlier that day.
Chairperson Carrera announced that there would be no RAC meeting in November.
Meeting ended at 7:14pm.
