Strawberry Ridge Resident Advisory Council (RAC)

The R.A.C. consists of a select group of StrawBerry Ridge residents and a member of the SRHA Board. They meet on a monthly basis to discuss issues brought to them by residents. Residents should first take their concerns to Management before contacting R.A.C. R.A.C. representatives will then meet with the General Manager to resolve issues at the local management level. Any issues that cannot be resolved are then presented to the owner of the park on a quarterly basis.

Status report was given for the following:

Fence in storage area- getting quotes

Shuffle board courts at AC -getting quotes

Lighting across from office getting quotes for other lighting / electric

New Issues

Replace Broken blinds in AC done

Trash pick up corporate aware

Replace tips on pool cues

Replace hand rail covers on rails at pool

Do minors need to be supervised while playing pool?
