Strawberry Ridge Resident Advisory Council (RAC)

The R.A.C. consists of a select group of StrawBerry Ridge residents and a member of the SRHA Board. They meet on a monthly basis to discuss issues brought to them by residents. Residents should first take their concerns to Management before contacting R.A.C. R.A.C. representatives will then meet with the General Manager to resolve issues at the local management level. Any issues that cannot be resolved are then presented to the owner of the park on a quarterly basis.

Strawberry RidgeResidents Advisory Council Meeting Minutes - 5/22/18

Attendees: Gerard Barbella, Rose Panella, Sue Senna.

Members discussed Complaint about Sewerage Backup on Lower part of Taho Circle.
Management is aware of the problem and repairs are underway.

The council also discussed the agenda for the meeting with Bob Young and his staff at
the end of the month.

The council chose not to have a June meeting, so the committee will meet on July 24th.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
