RESIDENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (RAC)
MINUTES FROM 11/28/17 MEETING
Gerard Barbella, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Committee Members Present: Sue Senna, Mary Kendall, Alaine Carrera.
Committee Members Absent: Charles Franklin, Tim Mosher.
Minutes from the 10/24 meeting and the RAC Meeting with Bob Young on 11/9/17 were discussed.
Residents present wanted an article placed in the Toppings, advising residents to stop putting out food to feed the stray cats.
Status reports wanted for the following issues:
Solar Panels at the pool.
Bulletin Board at Mulrennan gate still down from the hurricane.
Plant watering along Strawberry Ridge Blvd.
New Street Lamp for Strawberry Ridge Blvd between Taho and Choo Choo.
Timers for pool lights are not set correctly, and sensor for light by hot tub is not working.
Xmas lights on trees by the A/C look half finished.
New Curtains for the clubhouse update is being referred to the Homeowner’s Assn. as it is no longer a RAC item.
Status of backordered tables for the outdoor pool.
The above items will be brought to the attention of the Park Manager for his consideration and comment.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 P.M. The Council voted to not have a December meeting. The next RAC meeting will be on January 23rd, at 7 P.M.
