REVIEW - Purpose of RAC and procedure for submitting issues:
Purpose of RAC
RAC was formed by owners of management to facilitate communication between residents and management, particularly on long-range issues.
Procedure
Residents are to take issues to manager. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period of time, the resident should fill out a RAC form (available at the Activity Center).
At this point, RAC becomes involved to negotiate a satisfactory resolution.
The procedure has been posted on the Blog. We might consider asking Chris to post something on Facebook.
Please keep reminding people how the procedure works.

Unregistered car on Choo Choo:
The owner was notified and car is now gone.
Tree trimming
We have not heard back from Keith regarding residents getting a discount on tree trimming. We will follow up before next meeting.
RAC at work
A big thank you to the resident who submitted a form about low water pressure.
Due to that form, the problem is being investigated by the county.
The county is working on an issue at a station on Lithia Pinecrest and another station on Falkenberg.
The county did not account for backflow so they have meters on several hydrants in this area to monitor the situation. They are gathering data and the issue will be taken care of.
This would not have happened without the RAC form being submitted. The process is working!
New Business:
Cleaning up Activity Center
Dirty dishes are being left in the sink, the stove has not been cleaned, and food has been left in the refrigerator.
The stove, sinks, and refrigerator are to be cleaned by any resident using them.
The refrigerator has been cleaned and any dishes or food left have been disposed of.
Please do not use the stove, sinks, or refrigerator unless you clean up the area immediately when done.
Lending/Quilting Closet and Clubhouse Refrigerator
Mice were found in the Lending Closet and flies were found in the refrigerator.
The exterminator came out and treated both areas.
The excess wheelchairs and other items in the Lending Closet were donated to a local ministry.
Next Meeting: May 25, 2021, then we will be on hiatus in June, July, and August. Even though we will not be meeting during those months, please continue to fill out and submit RAC forms or reach out to a committee member if you have an issue.
Adjournment: 6:15pm
