Strawberry Ridge Residents Advisory Council
Minutes of Meeting from 4/24/18
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Members Present were: Gerard Barbella, Rose Panella, Sue Senna, Mary Kendall,
Alaine Carrera, and Tim Mosher.
Committee members were introduced to the newest appointee, Rose Panella.
General discussion was held concerning Park Bldgs security, as a concern form was
given to the park manager suggesting Key-Card locks for the Gym, Billiard room, and
activity center Library.
Committee members were asked to present topics for the meeting with Bob Young by our next meeting in mid-May.
Concerns were raised about owners soliciting renters on the internet. ( Air B&B, etc)
HOA President Dee Costoso and V.P. Gerard will meet with Keith on Thurs to bring this matter to his attention for management's feedback. We will also discuss the policies in place regarding owners renting rooms.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
Next RAC meeting will be on May22nd followed by the quarterly meeting with Mr. Young
on May 30th.
