Residents Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes 8/28/18
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Present were Gerard Barbella, Alaine Carrera, Rose Panella, Tim Mosher, and Sue Senna.
Discussion was related to the topics to be presented to Management at tomorrow’s Quarterly
Meeting.
RAC Quarterly Meeting. 8/29/18
Items to be discussed:
1: Requesting additional Speed Limit Signage.
2: Signage directing parking on one side of street only.
3: Requesting limited information displayed on Parking permits.
4:Requesting Planned bathroom project at the indoor pool be completed.
5: Drainage issue at Mulrennan gate…Status report update.
6: Has the plans to construct a horseshoe pit and bocce ball court by the activity center been put on hold, or rejected?
7: Requesting trees over tennis courts be trimmed as balls are hitting them and interfering with game play.
8: re-visiting the traffic pattern plans to make taho circle roadway west of pioneer one way traffic in and out of the Mulrennan gate.
9: Teco road repair on taho & sky ridge is sinking and creating a driving hazard.
10: update on rac concern form regarding the carpeting in the ping pong room at the clubhouse.
11: update on maintenance and repair of the lawn lamp posts.
