Minutes
Alaine Carrera called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Present were Alaine Carrera, Mary Kendall, Tim Mosher, Bill Bertaccini, Celeste DiVito.
Absent was Vicky Vilchez
Storage area issues:
Concern that homeless are living in storage area.
Sue Ambrose complained her gas gauge was open on her RV.
Someone was seen digging in storage area dumpster.
Gate is open after 5 P.M. Could maintenance close when they leave at end of day?
People complain you raised the rent and getting nothing for it.
Suggestions:
- Send notice to all residents who use the storage area to lock gates when in storage area after 5P.M.
- Put up signs to remind residents to lock gate.
- Most important repair the fence. It is still not adequately repaired. Want new fencing.
Engineer and Coral Crest sewage problems.
Red Cap was supposed to repair issues. There is still a problem. What is being done about this?
Residents complaining about using maintenance men to fix plumbing issues. They want licensed plumbers. It is a great expense to residents.
Residents also want their water meters calibrated.
