RAC MEETING MARCH 26,2019
Minutes
Mary Kendall called the meeting to order at 7 PM
Members present: Mary Kendall, Tim Mosher, Celeste DiVito, Vicky Vilchez,
Terry Brown (HOA Board Liaison)
Members absent: Bill Berticcini
Status report was given for the following:
Residents are responsible for trimming trees that block street lights.
Fence in storage area to be replaced/repaired in next few months.
Keith will look at shuffle board courts behind Activity Center
No more sheds allowed in storage area.
Keith will look at adding lighting to lot across from office.
Water meters: there is a form at the office you can get called Water Meter Check List. This process is to assist you in locating a possible cause of unknown usage within your home. Keith said he would put it online.
The emergency phone will be answered by English speaking maintenance personal.
New issues
When is light pole on SRB going to be replaced.
Continuing discussion on solar system.
